Applications are now accepting for the Japan Culture Exchange Program 2020. Participants from all over the world can apply for the fully funded cultural exchange program in Japan. The Japan Cultural exchange program in Winter will be started on 19 January 2020 (Arrival in Osaka) and will be ended on 23 January 2020. Participants will start their program at 7.30 a.m – 5.00 p.m every day. In the evening, participants will have free time to explore the magnificent of Kyoto and Osaka.

AYFN is delighted to invite you to join our winter culture camp in Japan. This is a distinguished program that suits your curiosity to have experimental learning!! Youth and cultural program!

Japan Culture Camp by AYFN is a cultural learning program designed to give an understanding of culture and social awareness for participants. The youth camp 2019 enables participants to learn about Japanese culture in line with making a friend directly. This program is also an avenue to enhance knowledge and skill to face globalization. This is not a student exchange, but youth and cultural exchange program.

DATES & SCHEDULE:

  • The camp will start on 19 January 2020 (Arrival in Osaka)
  • The Camp will End on 23 January 2020.
  • Participants will start their program at 7.30 a.m – 5.00 p.m every day.
  • In the evening, participants will have free time to explore the magnificent of Kyoto and Osaka or go shopping.

FINANCIAL SUPPORT:

The international exchange program by AFYN is a fully-funded exchange program. It will covers:

  • Flight ticket from home country (capital city) to Osaka (Japan) return (economy class).
  • Accommodation (5D4N) in Osaka, Japan.
  • Meal (Breakfast and Lunch)
  • Pick up  (Kansai International Airport, Osaka)
  • All activities indicated on the schedule.
  • Entrance ticket to tourism spot
  • Local transportation (Train and Bus)
  • E-Certificate of participation from AYFN
  • Program supervision
  • In-country 24/7 volunteer support
  • In-country administration costs

ACTIVITIES DURING CAMP:

  1. Cultural tour activities in Kyoto and Osaka, whereby both cities are well known as the center of Japanese culture.
  2. Visit many interesting places both in Kyoto or Osaka, e.g: Osaka castle, Gion District in Kyoto (Geisha), Namba district, Arashiyama, and etc.
  3. Taste authentic Japanese cuisine
  4. Walk around the heritage area of Kyoto.
  5. Learn and understand Japanese culture diversity
  6. Heritage walking tour around Kyoto and Osaka
  7. Experience to be like local people
  8. E-Certificate of participation from AYFN
  9. The camp will combine a sense of friendship, adventure, and cultural awareness
  10. Participants will live for 5 days in Osaka, Japan
  11. The camp needs participants who passionate in international friendship and adapt new environment (culture differences) easily.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

  1. Must be 15 – 35 Years old
  2. All nationalities are welcomed to apply
  3. Commit to joining the full program
  4. Able to adapt new environment easily
  5. Able to pay the registration fee
  6. Health physically and mentally

  • Non-member of AYFN: USD 15
  • Member of AYFN: USD 10

  • You need to apply for the Winter Japan Cultural Camp 2020.
  • First, you need to pay the registration fee and then start filling the online form.
  • Fill all the required fields carefully.
